We also bought the product key of windows server standard 2019 edition. When I try to activate the windows server I get an error saying the product key you entered didn't work Check the product key and try again. (0x80041023). I also tried with DISM command line as per the article here but that didn't work. They try to generate the confirmation ID based upon the installation ID but that failed due to technical reason. So they transferred me to the technical support and in order to get the technical support we need support contract and we don't have one.
