Peer Review Process

Peer review process

The journal of Solar Energy Research is a peer reviewed open access journal that aims to respect the international publication standards. To do so, the peer review process is done in a double blinded way where neither the reviewer(s) nor the author(s) are not aware of one another’s identity. In this way the review will be done without prejudice.

The submitted manuscripts that fit the scopes and the format of journal will be reviewed and enter the publication process after the editor-in-chiefs final approval.

Editors of the Journal reserve the right to accept, reject and edit any article in any stage, if necessary. The sole responsibility for the whole contents if the article remains only with the authors.

Your paper will be sent out to 4 reviewers (combination of reviewers introduced by you and the ones selected by journal) and if all of the reviewers denied to review your paper, it will be redirected to you and thus it is rejected.

Solar (ISSN 2673-9941) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal of scientific research on solar thermal energy and photovoltaic system, which publishes articles, reviews, and communications as well as Special Issues on particular subjects.

We also encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. Therefore, there is no restriction on the maximum length of the papers. Full experimental details should be provided so that the results can be reproduced. Additionally, electronic files or software regarding the full details of the calculation and experimental procedure as well as source codes can be submitted as supplementary material.
