HOW CAN I SETUP AIRPORT EXPRESS A1084 WITH CORRECT AIRPORT UTILITY VERSION

WHAT VERSION OF AIRPORT UTILITY DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD TO BE ABLE TO SETUP THE AIRPORT EXPRESS A1084? version 3.69does not work with this airport express, please advise which airport utility app will I need to download to use with my MacBook Pro macOS 10.15.7 (19H2)

No guarantees and no support. You are on your own and assume all risk with this software.

If it were me, I would spend $10-20 and buy a used A1264 Express on Ebay.

Just to add a bit to Bob Timmons comments. Apple does NOT provide a version of the AirPort Utility for this old AirPort base station that works with macOS Catalina. The version that Bob mentions in his reply to you was the last version that did work ... but it cannot run on Catalina natively without a "workaround." I would strongly second his comment on getting a "newer" 802.11.n Express (if you can still find one,) and retire this 802.11g model.

Alternatively, you can run a much earlier release of OS X in a virtual machine, that does support administering these base stations, using something like Parallels or VMware to do so.

Of course if you happen to have a PC running any version of windows 7 or later.. then you can download Airport Utility 5.6.1

Find an old PC laptop of any age with working windows on it.. should be just a few dollars and still useful for all those things Apple forgets to do.
