If you go to the local files of the game, there should be two files, a StickFight executable (.exe file) and a folder called "StickFight_Data". If you don't have a "StickFight_Data" folder, the game will not run. You will need to check the integrity of the game files.

To verify the integrity of the game files, follow these steps:

1. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
2. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
3. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

If this doesn't work, a uninstall and reinstall of the game

should

fix it.

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, so im going to take your suggestion and try it. I hope it works.

Can you check the files for the game and make sure you have both the executable and the StickFight_Data folder. If you dont have both, I would try verifying the game files.

I have both. It simply wont let me play. I start it up, and it will say that its starting, then give me the error. I just dont know what to do. No vids on youtube on this stuff, and no data on this error anywhere else on the internet. :(

I have refunded the game. R.I.P, Stick Fight: The Game. I spent 5$ on you. Now I must find a new game to buy for 5$. :(
