Hi geeks, I have a user that is unable to access her own OneDrive for Business, through an M365 E5 license. Whenever she tries to open OneDrive, either through the online portal, or the Windows app, she receives an error that says, "Access Denied, does not have permissions to access this resource". We checked with a colleague who has global admin rights but we saw no restriction on her permissions. Tried to rebuild the license to the user, did not resolve the access denied error. We have a hybrid setup, the user was created on exchange on-prem so it synched to local AD & to the cloud. If we delete & re-create the user, we may encounter same error. Please help
