So, the files in this computer are not yet updated because I made some alterations before from my work computer.

However I have access to the files through the Iphone app.

May anyone help me about this problem?.

I am having the same exact issues. If this was solved via emails, I would really appreciate some help as well.

I confirm that I also get the error message "Something went wrong from our end" when I want to access my files through the Dropbox web app. This situation is making me very uncomfortable.

Can anyone help?

Does that happen when you try to preview your files on the web? If so, are we talking about all of the file types too?

If I were you, I'd try switching onto a different browser, and also try an incognito tab on your current browser.

I have the same issue, and going incognito does nothing to fix it. Same thing with other browsers.

What's happening? I can't access my files, I get an error "Something went wrong on our end". This happens from the browser, I can still access the files from my phone, but when I try to share them, I see a message that I do not have rights to share them. The old links also don't work, they just show 404.

If you see the error message "Sorry, something went wrong" when trying to save a template in the Shopify Order Printer app, this article is for you.

Do you have any emoji's in the template text?

If so, then that is what causes the troubles. For some strange reason the Shopify Order Printer app cannot handle emojis, and will show that error message.
