Is the ordinary niacinamide 10 zinc 1 good for oily skin?

This serum balances sebum levels, helps with breakouts and balances oil levels [as an oily skin-haver this is what made me buy it in the first place]. It's also oil-free, vegan and cruelty-free. Niacinamide is most suited to oily skin or those who have congested, blemish-prone skin.

What should you not use with ordinary niacinamide 10 zinc 1?

Avoid using vitamin C products with Niacinamide 10% Zinc 1%. Although they won't cause an adverse reaction, vitamin C can counteract the effects of niacinamide, making the product not as effective. If you do use any products that contain vitamin C in your skincare routine, alternate them with Niacinamide 10% Zinc 1%.

What is the ordinary niacinamide 10% good for?

THE ORDINARY Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% It's to be used for reducing the appearance of acne as well as diminishing fine lines and wrinkles, minimizing pores, and evening skin tone [including fading dark spots].

Is 10% niacinamide too strong for skin?

Shirazi says that higher concentrations of niacinamide—“particularly those at 10% or higher—“can potentially cause irritation such as redness and rebound oil production.” On that note, Dr. Green recommends that sensitive-skinned folks start with a lower concentration to avoid potential irritation and redness.
