Incredibly bad dealer!
These weren't happy with my first try rating! They didn't manage to send a proper shipping notification, they didn't manage to send a tracking number - but, they canceled my order - because I'm not satisfied.... Well! That's how the English treat their buyers - I don't want to write customer, because that's not how customers are treated in the 21st century! Thank you so much for wasting my time for 1 week!

We only recieved your full payment on Friday the 11th August, with your order being processed picked and packed on Monday the 14th August, as we do not open over the weekend.
It was then despatched to you in Austria on Tuesday the 15th. which is the day you have left us this feedback.
Unfortunately our international shipments are not same day delivery yet.
As a good will gesture we have refunded your order so you can obtain the product faster from a supplier local to you.

Placed an order with Welding & Welder on 15th August however still not received despite "immediate despatch" and no answer to emails chasing this!!! Also not possible to speak to a person to try and resolve matters :[ Issue has finally been resolved in a speedy fashion and happy with product received. It may be pertinent for customer service contact number to be added to the website as I am sure this would have helped to resolve matters more quickly.

Please contact us on 01752 936 028. We have a dedicated receptionist service who answer every single call, between our opening hours of 09:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 13:00 on Fridays.

We take our customer service very seriousley and if we were aware of an issue we would have worked to resolve it. Please contact us to enable us to do so.
Great company
Great company. I purchased a range of items from their website and was contacted the next day offering me other bits that would have been useful to my job. I didn’t need them but it showed me they understand what they are selling and who they are selling to. I received all the items in perfect condition and within three days of ordering. Highly recommend and will be using them again myself in the future.

Brian was extremely helpful on the phone making sure we had the correct setup for a propane regulator and flashback arrester. We genuinely sympathise with your position, however as we explained, we trade in GBP and we received your order for £1,234.85 on the 18th September. We cancelled your order in full on the 20th September and refunded £1,234.85, providing full documentation to you of both transactions.
It is unfortunate that either your bank or card provider in the US have affected that transaction with fees or currency conversion.
We have been honest and transparent, refunding the full amount we received from you. We are not able to refund more GBP than we have received for an order.
We are again sorry that you have had this experience but we believe the fault lies with your bank or card issuer in America.
Great service and quick turnaround
Been looking for Super 6 CP3 “copper flow” rods for my work as a sculptor. The silver to phosphorus ratio was important for my sculptures. Found em! Bought em! Got em within a couple of days of ordering em! Great service and am a very happy bunny.
