Join PLI’s expert faculty of health care lawyers, in-house counsel, and government regulators, as we examine the current state of health care law. There are people within our Section who go above and beyond to promote diversity and inclusion within the Section and/or the legal profession. We want to recognize our Champions for this work. This award honors an ABA Health Law Section member who has made exceptional efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the Section and/or the legal profession.
Designed to promote attorney health and well-being by providing education and peer-to-peer support and resources to attorneys and law students.
The Health Law Section promotes collaboration, coordination, and communication to advance ABA Goal III – to eliminate bias and enhance diversity and inclusion throughout the Section, legal profession, and justice system.
The main work of the Section is done through its twenty Interest Groups [IGs]. The IGs provide opportunities for participation by Section members, creating a forum for interaction and networking in the area of shared interest.
