It seems that Victor tries to avoid the 5 in stiffness in all new series. Pretty sad, that we don't see an updated SW35, BS10, MX80.
Got a pair of HX 600 last week. Strung with Bg 80, 28/30 ibs
Now HX 600 is my new favourite. It feel more like a JetSpeed rather than a HyperNano to me, the edge of frame is something similar to JetSpeed frame, the aero-sword design.
The racket is pretty light, provides a fast reaction in front court, netting, blocking and net kills are just wonderful, it reminds me of my BRS 12L.
The shaft is mid-stiff but it provides a great feed-back after each stroke, maybe it is due to the new 6.8 flash-shaft. Surprisingly, the smash power generated by this racket is explosive.

I am pretty new and doesn't know much about Victor rackets, but I have my interest in this X-600. In general how is the type for this X-600? Such as commonly used in singles/doubles, more att/def style, etc.

The frame design is something like a transitional model in between JetSpeed's AeroSword and Brave Sword's Sword frame, it's nothing like a HyperNano.

Looks very nice in the flesh. Has a stiff feeling head design that i'm guessing will not be flexing much, so the majority of the flex will come from the shaft - this is i believe similar to someone else's observations of the TK Onigiri. The head is also a bit 'taller' than that of my other racket, and Arc11, and feels sturdier. The paint finish and the decals are top class and quite resilient. Having just got it before xmas i haven't had much time with it yet but badminton is starting again next week so looking forward to it.
Oh, also string stability is good and there was barely any movement of the strings even when they were brand new. Stiffness is a comfortable mid-stiff, and because of the weight in the head the racket feels 'beefier' than an Arc11, even though it's a 4U.

Tried the sample Hx 500P from VICTOR Australia.
The frame shape is similar to Hx 800, the Aero-diamond frame, whereas different to Hx 600 [which is more a jetspeed/Sword frame].
Feels heavier than Hx 600.
Shaft feels slightly more flexible than Hx 600 [maybe due to the head heaviness which contributes to more bending of shaft when hitting the shuttle]
The hitting feel is more solid than Hx 600, but with longer snap back time.
Overall, Hx 500P is a racket with higher balance point, more towards attack and with less agility compares to Hx 600

Shaft of Hx 600 and 500P gives you the ''hold & bounce'' feeling, whereas the BRS [BRS 12] and Js [JS 10] provides you with a crispy kind of feeling.
Hx 500P feels bit more steady compare to Hx 600, I rekn it's due to the frame design is back to normal Hypernano Aero-diamond frame, which used on Hx 800 & Hx 7sp.

I heard the 2016 items are arriving in March.
- I think this is a very good assessment! The racket feels a little more glassy and a little less stable when striking the shuttle than the Arc11. That said it's still a good racket and one that's easy to live with. Whether or not the CSR technology is inferior to the Solid Feel Core is difficult to say, as the rackets are still quite different. It is a fast frame though, and the power is good. I feel like i'm judging the racket too harshly in this review and could use another session, but i've been playing with it for 3 weeks prior and last session i switched back to the Arc11 and realised that i've been missing it...
