Keterampilan berpikir kritis sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap individu diabad 21. Keterampilan berpikir kritis dapat dilatihkan pada anak melalui pembelajaran di sekolah. Salah satu upaya melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis adalah dengan menerapkan reciprocal teaching. Melalui reciprocal teaching, siswa dilatih untuk memahami suatu topik secara mendalam. Pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap suatu topik merupakan dasar dalam pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Oleh karena itu, penerapan reciprocal teaching dalam pembelajaran diperlukan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan: [1] mendeskripsikan komponen literasi versi PIRLS, [2] mendeskripsikan penilaian pemahaman menurut PIRLS, dan [3] mengidentifikasi komponen yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam menentukan kerangka penilaian kompetensi literasi membaca kelas IV SD. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Pertama, komponen literasi versi PIRLS meliputi: konsep literasi membaca, framework asesmen, tolok ukur, komponen literary text, dan penentuan sistem penilaian. Kedua, kompetensi literasi membaca didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan membaca dan memahami teks berjenis sastra dan informatif, berdasarkan empat tingkatan kognitif, dari berbagai tipe teks, dan mengikuti konteks lokal di sekitar anak dan konteks nasional. Ketiga, kerangka penilaian kompetensi literasi untuk peserta didik kelas IV SD perlu mempertimbangkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: kosakata atau diksi yang terlalu sulit lebih dari tiga; penarikan makna secara implisit; aplikasi teks pada kognisi tingkat lanjut; ilustrasi yang sesu...

A Research developement of Teaching and Learning Science materials has been done in Elementary School, using Cooperative Sripts with 4D model modification and aimed to increase the students’ science concept understanding and communication skill at Elementary school main subject humans’ respiration system. Data was analyzed by qualitative and quantitative description. Parenting self efficacy as a cognitive part of parenting competence has emerge as a salient predictor of positive parenting practice and as a mediator effect of many parenting qualities, including parental depression and child temperament. Unfortunately, there are limited research focused on the analysis of psychological dynamic that explain the process of parenting self efficacy, especially in parents with hearing impairment who has limited access and social support related to child rearing. The aim of this study was to uncover the factors that form parent beliefs about their capabilities to perform child rearing. Seventeen parents with hearing impairment fill out the PSE questionnaire to see the estimation of their PSE degree.
