Item not available in your country on music.apple.com

Hi,

I wanted to use the browser version of music.apple.com on Chrome on Windows

Whatever sont I click on, I get the message Item not available in your country

It all works fine on my iPhone and the country shown at the bottom of the page on the web page is the right one.

Anybody is able to make it work?

So far, I have rebooted, clean cookies, switch browser to Edge, same message appears.

Thanks,

Simon

  • music.apple.com not working Hi, I have a family subscription to apple music, and everything works just fine both on my phone and in itunes. However, when I try listening to music in the browser [since iTunes is pretty slow and has its own issues] nothing plays. Instead I get the error message: "Item not available in your country. Try switching back to your account's registered storefront." I don't really see what the problem is here, since I actually made sure to switch to my own country before logging in. Is this a general issue? Thanks for the help! 859 1

Hello there SBuro,

I understand you're seeing a message regarding songs not being available in your country with Apple Music on the web, so let's check into this together.

With listening to music on the web, have you logged in with your Apple ID to be sure that the correct country is being reported with the music you're attempting to listen to? In addition to this, do you have the country set as your Apple ID the same as the country you live in?

If you do see that the country is set correctly, let's check to make sure that Chrome is up to date with the latest version available.
