If your iPhone screen locks automatically, your stream may be interrupted. This is particularly noticeable when you are using your device to cast the stream to a TV screen via Apple TV.
To stop this happening please follow these instructions:
- Go to SETTINGS on your phone and > DISPLAY & BRIGHTNESS > AUTO-LOCK > Never
Please note: The Neveroption may not be available if you are using an exchange server for your email.
We are working on an upgrade that will allow streaming to continue even if your phone auto-locks.
