The Veil [Korean:검은 태양; Hanja:검은 太陽; RR:Geom-eun Taeyang; lit.Black Sun] is a 2021 South Korean television series starring Namkoong Min, Park Ha-sun and Kim Ji-eun. It won the 2018 MBC Drama Screenplay Contest by writer Park Seok-ho.[4][5] It aired from September 17 to October 23, 2021, as the first series on MBC's newly established Fridays and Saturdays at 22:00 [KST] time slot.[6][7]
