I LOVE these shoes. They are probably my favorite running shoes I've ever bought. They have great support, but also feel like the most delightful clouds under your feet. I've gone through so many running shoes in the past 5 years, having done 2 full marathons, several halves and also tons of crossfit. I could go on and on, but if you're thinking of buying these shoes for running, walking, or just comfortable athletic shoes-- buy them. They have nice arch support, are flexible but also provide structure. I have terrible feet including bunion surgery on one foot so I'm really picky about shoes, especially running shoes. I just love these shoes. My husband ended up buying a pair in mens and he loves them too. They run true to size, which is a little weird for Nike [usually end up ordering 1/2 size up].

Hello! I have had a heck of a time finding shoes that work with over-pronation. I have flat feet & recently developed plantar fasciitis after sitting in a weird chair for too long and gaining weight. I googled shoes recommended by ortho docs & did not find this shoe on the list. However, these shoes have changed my life! I've been hobbling around for a few months & tried inserts, as well as different brands. I had previously bought a pair of Nike knit shoes & was bummed about how narrow they were. I walk at least three miles a day: I could not figure out how to walk in those without making my feet felt like bloody stumps. HOWEVER! These shoes feel better than being barefoot. I can walk more than three miles a day without pain at all. The more I walk, the better I feel. I weigh 265, am 5"9' & am flat footed from a long line of flat foots who love Birkies. It's the best money I've spent to help with my probs. I wish you luck in finding a good fit for you!
