Lỗi your session cookie is invalid please log in again năm 2024

I am trying to log on to cpanel but I always get an error "Your session cookie is invalid. Please log in again".

I am clearing my cookies and cache before the login. My version is 5.9.0.1. Any ideas what can fix this?

Thanks

Thanks, I've updated to the latest version as I saw a fix for cookie control and this has now worked.

Now when I attempt to log into the WHM installation, it says that it was successful but then redirects me back to "Your session cookie is invalid. Please log in again.". I have since tried from a number of browsers [to ensure it wasn't the cache] then tried from our Jump Host and further more other desktops entirely. I continue to have this problem regardless so it doesn't seem to be local to me but rather something with the web-server.

Does anyone have any clue how I can fix this?

This seems to be contradictory. As you are already having root password then why you haven't used to login via whm ? In cpanel the root password is used to login in WHM. Are you using ssh key authentication to access server ?

The error you have updated is related to browser

> Since you are already in server via ssh try restarting Apache service and cpanel service and then try to login using a fresh try like //ip:2087/ [May be try clearing browser cache and cookies] and use the new password. You should be able to login without any issues after this

Hi CrimsonGT!

Well, this certainly does look like browser side issue. Try clearing your browser cookies/cache and try again.

To clear your browser cookies/cache you can refer to: //www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

You can also try clearing the DNS cache on your computer. Refer to: //www.tech-faq.com/how-to-flush-dns.html

You can also check how your WHM handles IP based Cooikes. You can disable it using WHM >> Tweak Settings >> Cookie IP Validation. Select the disabled radio button there and save.
