To uninstall Windows updates using DISM, you can use these steps:
Step 1: Type cmd into Windows search, then right-click Command Prompt from the search result and select Run as administrator.
Step 2: Type dism /online /get-packages | clip into Command Prompt and press Enter.
Step 3: The output will be automatically copied to your clipboard. You need to open a Notepad and paste the output to it.
Step 4: Find the update you want to remove, then copy its package identity.
Step 5: Type the following command into Command Prompt and press Enter. In this step, you need to replace PACKAGE_ID with the package identity you just copy.
