My daughter has always had a fear of dentists, but she was comfortable in the Boiling Springs Family Dentistry Office. She had to come back after her initial cleaning for some work and said that the Dr was gentle and she was not nervous about going back there.

Due to the Covid-19 virus, I had to call when I arrived, with a short wait in my car until a staff member came out to verify I didn't have any health issues, then escorted me inside, where I received immediate treatment. Everyone followed the procedures for health safety very carefully. As usual, my treatment went smoothly and quickly.

Once again Dr. Hendrick and his staff have gone above & beyond for their patients. It had been 5 years since my last appointment when I had an urgent dental need.and they got me into the office quickly and did everything they could to get my issue resolved fast. In addition to seeing these excellent people twice a year for my regular checkup/cleanings, I recently had an issue that was causing me some pain and anxiety and the wonderful staff and doctor worked me into their busy schedule and treated me with courtesy and professionalism at every turn. They sent me home with my physical tooth issue addressed as well as more knowledge as to what was going on to alleviate my anxiety. I recommend this practice to everyone whether for regular maintenance or more serious issues.

Dr. Hendrick took great care as he fitted a crown for me. This was the fifth crown he has done for me. I have had no problems with any crown. He and his staff are top notch.

I drive down from Black Mountain NC to Boiling Springs to have my dental cleaning and repair done. Dr. Hendrick and his staff do a wonderful job of maintaining my teeth and gums. I am 75 years old and have three Dentists in my immediate family. The service at Boiling Springs is very good and I've never had to wait for an appointment over 10 minutes. It's nice to have fresh clean teeth healthy gums, and I have tremendous confidence in Boiling Springs Family Dentistry.

I have gone to numerous dentists throughout my life. I changed to Dr. Hendrick because he was local and I beleive citizens should support local businesses when possible. I have not been disappointed. The whole group-- office staff, assistants and dentist understood the urgency of the problem, and the emotional impact the loss of a front tooth was having on my life. Tony was great! Patient and kind. I have very sensitive teeth along the gumline and she made my experience as comfortable as possible.
