How to add and remove close friends in Instagram mobile app
- Open Instagram on your Android/iOS phone.
- Tap on your profile at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Now click on the hamburger menu at the top right corner of the screen.
- A list of options will be opened where you will find ''Close Friends'' right below ''Saved''.
- Tap on Close Friends.
- Go to 'Add', available at the top right corner.
- Now type the name of your Instagram friend[s] or choose from the list of suggestions.
- Open Instagram on your Android/iOS phone.
- Tap on your profile at the bottom right corner of thescreen.
- Click on the hamburger menu at the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap on Close Friends.
- The list of your Instagram Close Friends will be displayed on your screen.
- Tap on 'Remove', availableadjacent to the name of the friend you want to remove from the list.
- The Instagram user will be removed from your close friends' list.
